The S72 Gin ‘The Legend’ has been an established value in the world of gin since 2017. Six years later, the delicacy that sprang from the brain of ten-time world motocross champion Stefan Everts gets a completely new look: a bottle in the shape of the number 1.
S72 Gin ‘The Legend’ is produced with grain alcohol that has been distilled 5 times, through continuous column distillation. This compound gin is has a very distinctive, floral taste provided by the violet essence.

Juniper berry is the essential botanical in all gins.
02. ROWANBERRY
Rowanberry, this piquat red berry has inspired Celtic medicines and recipes for generations.
03. CORIANDER
Coriander seed releases ginger, sage and lemon flavours.
04. FRESH LIME
While we should acknowledge the word lime refers to a range of species that may not even be botanically related, the one which is generally bought around the world as a lime is the Persian Lime.
05. GINGER
In gins, ginger lends it’s specific bright, cooling, and slightly peppery flavor.
06. HEATHFLOWER
This is a very local product, there are many of hectares of heath fields in Houthalen, Belgium.
07. ELDERFLOWER
The flavor of the elderflower is slightly honey – vanilla – jasmine – pear, and completely unlike any other flavor out there.

This aromatic flower gives a subtle floral touch to the gin.
