5 cl S72 Gin ‘The Legend’

2,5 cl. St. Germain

2 cl. Lemon Juice

15 cl. Fever-Tree Ginger Ale

The Garnish

A sprig of mint

Some violet flowers

Let’s make it

1. Add the S72 gin, St-Germain and the lemon juice together in a long drink with ice.
2. Stir with a bar spoon.
3. Top-up with the Fever Tree Ginger Ale.
4. Finish with a sprig of mint and some violet flowers.
