Mixed with S72 Gin ‘the Legend’, clear violet syrup, lime juice, green iced tea, and a crown of mint, it’s a refreshingly vibrant sip that pays homage to champion taste.

The Ingredients

5 cl S72 Gin ‘The Legend’

2 cl. Clear Violet Syrup

2 cl. Lime Juice

10 cl. Ice Tea Green

The Garnish

A mint top

Slice of lime

A violet flower

Let’s make it

1. Poor the S72 Gin, the violet syrup and the lime juice in a long drink glass.
2. Add 10-12 mint leaves.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
4. Stir until the mint leaves are spread entirely over the glass.
5. Top-up with ice tea green and finish with a mint top, slice of lime and a violet flower.
