The Spirits

You can actually use any botanical with which the S72 Gins are made.
Also take a look at our cocktail page. There you will find the perfect blends for the ‘Legend’ Gin Tonic and ‘Bubblegum’ Gin Tonic.

Tastes differ of course. For us the S72 ‘Legend’ Gin matches best with Fever Tree Mediterranean, the S72 ‘Limited Edition’ Gin matches very well with the Fever Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb.

When using the measuring pourer, turn the bottle completely upside down. Otherwise it won’t work. If it still doesn’t work after that, please send us an email.

Delivery

  • Order on weekdays before 2 pm = packed and shipped the same day.
  • When the package is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from info@s72gin.com or notifications@picqerapp.com with a link with which you can track your package.
  • Standard shipping = DHL or bPost and your local postal service.
  • Economy express and express shipments are sent with DHL or FedEx.
  • For standard shipping it will depend on your local offices. Can take outside Belgium, Netherlands, Germany up to several weeks outside Belgium.
  • Express and economy express shipments. These orders will be handled by DHL or FedEx and will be delivered in 1-7 working days, even in most cases 1-3 days.
  • Deviations may also occur for express shipments. Shipments outside the EU and in non-fiscal EU countries can also be delayed due to customs clearance.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.
  • When you didn’t receive your order in 2 weeks. Check the tracking info or contact us.

We ship to all countries where we are allowed to ship alcohol. If your country is not listed among the shipping countries on the checkout page, please feel free to contact us. We will then see if a solution is available. Keep in mind that you may have to pay import taxes.

  • Verify that you have received the correct items
  • Verify there are no damaged items
  • Have you received damaged items? Our apologies. Take the steps mentioned in the next point.

Delivery cost is mentioned during checkout.

At the moment, it is not possible to view tracking information through our website. Normally, you can access the tracking details via the email you receive once your order has been shipped.

Send us an email with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Pictures of :
    • Detailed photo of the damage
    • The cardboard shipping box
    • The brown protective paper in the shipping box
    • The shipping label with barcode clearly legible
    • With gift boxes: photo of the protective plastic / foam plate inside the gift box

Returns

If you are not completely happy with the goods that you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Please enclose the completed Returns Form with your goods, and make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
To return an item you can simply complete the enclosed returns form and attach the return address to the package and take it to your local post office.
We offer FREE return postage on all orders returned within 14 days of receipt.
We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the returns process is complete.

We currently accept all relevant credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. Your payment is processed through our trusted payment environment, Mollie.
